It all started when…
My father and grandfather had a flooring business and built custom homes.
I helped them as a child, picking color palettes, experience spaces, and learning. They made custom wool carpeting, and I helped pick out select color palettes. I was always very artistic and creative, even re-arranging rooms as a child. I was chosen as one of the first three students at Stevenson High School to be placed in the advanced art program for sculpture and pottery.
Added to this, I was singing and writing music — all of it, along with design, helped me become who I am today. Art and design have been my life.

Loren's interior design career began 34 years ago when he was building miniature rooms — like this one. Working in a miniature store, he knew he wanted to build a life in interior design, which started with high-end, fine miniatures, all to scale. Today, this passion and dedication to detail shows in every project Loren takes on.
